Tania is a physiotherapist specialising in Mental Health and Pain Management. She has over 15 years of experience working both within the NHS and in private practice. Tania previously served as Head of Physiotherapy at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, where she led a team of physiotherapists and exercise practitioners across acute adult and older adult mental health wards. She was also part of the multidisciplinary team at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, treating patients with complex pain conditions.

Academically, she has been a guest lecturer at King’s College London and Brunel University, where she delivered lectures on the role of physiotherapy in mental health settings and trauma-informed approaches in healthcare. She has also taught on topics related to pain management and psychologically informed practice at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, as well as at the British School of Osteopathy.
